The internet giant has released a list of the top search terms and a breakdown of the top searches in different categories, revealing where the UK's web-users' interest has been over the past 12 months.
After, arguably, the biggest sporting event of the year and the biggest product release of the year - the iPhone 6 - the rest of the top 5 most-searched terms is taken up by celebrities who sadly passed away in the last 12 months.
Peaches Geldof, Robin Williams and Rik Mayall round out the top of the list.
Worldwide, Robin Williams topped the search list, followed by the World Cup, Ebola, Malaysia Airlines and the ALS Ice Bucket challenge.
