GENEROUS pupils at Banstead Community Junior School designed games to raise money for charity.

Year 6 pupils at The Horseshoe school designed, made and manned stalls and games to raise funds for Cancer Research UK and The Children's Trust in Tadworth.

The pupils used their imaginations and art skills to create the fun games and classmates and staff paid a small charge to take part.

Year 6 teacher Rebecca Bendall said: "The children have been so inventive and have had a fantastic afternoon entertaining the rest of the school while raising money for two charities they chose themselves."
