DEVELOPERS behind the major overhaul of Redhill town centre have shown how Lombard House is being demolished to make way for Sainsbury's.
The supermarket's contractors are currently in the middle of tearing down the old office buildings in the Warwick Quadrant to make way for a store three times the size of the current one, plus a hotel, gym and car park with more than 500 spaces.
Demolition work is expected to be finished in March, with construction work to follow in spring next year.
The entire development is scheduled to finished in late summer 2016.
