A MURDER investigation is underway after a woman was found dead at a house in Merstham.
Tracy Bresnihan, 34, was pronounced dead at the scene in Hanover Close.
Surrey Police were called in the early hours of September 4 at the request of South East Coast Ambulance service.
A post mortem carried out on September 5 failed to establish a cause of death and toxicology tests are being carried out.
A 65-year-old man from Merstham and a 32-year-old woman from Crawley were arrested on suspicion of murder and have been released on bail until November 27.
In June, Bresnihan, who at the time was unemployed, was given a 12-week curfew order for assaulting a member of staff from the Octopvs Bar in Crawley High Street.
She also broke candles and was ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs when she pleaded guilty at Crawley Magistrates' Court.
The curfew which was from 8pm to 8am daily, involved her wearing an electronic tag.
She had been charged with racially aggravated common assault, criminal damage and resisting or obstructing a police officer in the lawful execution of his duty following a dispute with staff from the bar on Friday, May 21.
