OVERRUNNING engineering works are causing delays of up to 20 minutes on Southern Trains this morning.
Due to the ongoing work at Horsham, services between Arundel and Three Bridges are being hit by delays and a replacement bus service is being set up between Horsham and Three Bridges in an attempt to ease the pressure.
On the roads, traffic is slow on the M25 clockwise to junction 9 at Leatherhead.
There are no other serious issues reported.
