A contentious plan to expand a cemetery in Warlingham has been withdrawn from tonight's Tandridge District Council planning committee.
Croydon Council, which owns Greenlawn Memorial Park off Chelsham Road, has proposed extending the site by 22 acres which would provide three decades of burial space.
But the application has been withdrawn from tonight's agenda to allow for more detailed public consultation.
