CONGESTION is causing severe delays on the M25 clockwise this morning.
Traffic is queuing from Junction 10 for the Wisely interchange to Junction 9 for Leatherhead because of an earlier broken down vehicle.
There is also stop-start traffic between Junction 3 for the M20 all the way to Junction 7 for Merstham and the M23.
Watch out for the now-frequent delays in Reigate and Redhill due to roadworks.
The closure of Pebble Hill Road has caused huge amount of congestion on the A217, and Redhill's various road projects are also causing delays along the A25 back to Godstone and A23.
Southern Railways is reporting a good service.
