THE ROADS and rails look clear for Surrey residents this morning.
There are no major issues reported anywhere on the roads network, though regular traffic hotspots including the M23/A23 interchange at Hooley and the M25 Leatherhead junction are already showing signs of traffic building with slight delays in both areas.
Southern Rail is currently announcing a good service across its network.
