REIGATE PRIORY made it six wins from six in the Surrey Championship Premier Division as they beat Guildford by a clear eight wickets. Due to start at 11.30, the Llamas match at Guildford eventually began with Neil Saker removing opener Bradley Erasmus for a duck, lbw, at shortly after 3pm due to rain. Having won the toss and elected to bowl, the Llamas clearly intended to make the decision count and former Guildford player Saker took Ben Walter as his second victim for six, caught by Richie Oliver. Spin bowler Luke Beaven continued his form by taking 4-16 as Priory refused to let their hosts settle with the bat, Surrey professional Tom Jewell top scoring with 37 as the home side were all out for 136. With recently signed Worcestershire professional Richie Oliver and Priory's overseas star Andy Delmont opening the batting, it was a target that never looked enough to trouble the table topping Llamas, and so it proved. Oliver notched 22 from 31 balls, before Chris Murtagh took over, amassing another 24 runs and then he too was heading back to the clubhouse. Kiwi Craig Cachopa racked up the final runs (34no) alongside Delmont, with the latter finishing on an unbeaten 51, with Priory on 140-2.
