AN ELATED Mike Maher praised his squad from the goalkeeper to the strikers after Redhill won their third consecutive game last night.
Thursday's win over Faversham Town was only the Lobsters' second three points since November, but they then followed that up with two more victories and two more clean sheets, beating Crawley Down Gatwick 6-0 on Saturday and then Ramsgate 1-0 last night.
And although still very much in danger of relegation, manager Maher was over the moon to see his side turn a corner.
"Andy Greaves has been phenomenal in goal," Maher said after the win over Ramsgate. "I've got so much time for him because he was here with me as a kid, he started here when he was 16 and he's been here the last five years that I've been here. And what a performance he put on against Ramsgate.
"The back four as well; early in the game when Bradley Duke went down I thought: 'here we go again', but we shuffled them around. Jack Hope has come in, he was at Maidstone and he's been such a great signing for us.
"Marcus Elliott and Gavin Gordon have been fantastic. Gavin's hold up play and his work-rate have been phenomenal. We parted company with Gavin a few months ago because he wasn't playing well so we weren't playing him, but he's gone away and got some games and he's come back a different player. He was absolutely immense against Ramsgate.
"And Marcus, he's the most laidback character I've ever come across in my life but I think we have found the answer to him: let him do his own thing and relax, and enjoy his football. He's playing out of his skin at the moment."
