A BURNING car suddenly began to roll down a residential street and into a driveway before crashing into a parked BMW.
Miraculously no one was hurt in the incident in Hazel Road, Woodhatch, at 2.20pm this afternoon, but one by-stander did collapse following the incident and required emergency oxygen.
A fire crew from Reigate arrived at the scene, called to assist with the burning car.
But moment after their arrival, the car began to roll down the road towards another house.
After entering the driveway, the unmanned and alight vehicle collided with the parked BMW and came to a halt.
Firefighters extinguished the blaze using two hose reels and breathing apparatus but it took two and a half hours before they declared the scene safe.
A spokesman for Surrey Fire and Rescue said: "The vehicle was already on fire and the flames must have burned through something because it just started to roll."
