A HEAVILY guarded police convoy passed through Reigate and Dorking this morning.
At around 8.30am four police bikes and seven police cars raced through the town escorting two other vehicles.
They then headed up towards Addington, near Croydon, along the A2022 where the convoy was spotted on Kent Gate Way.
Rumours of the Queen or David Cameron being inside the convoy were swirling in Reigate.
Veronica Smith tweeted: "Who got a police escort to work in Reigate today."
We have checked with Buckingham Palace and the Queen has no engagements in the area today, but 10 Downing Street has not responded on the Prime Minister's whereabouts.
