"HOUSE FULL" notices went up at Caterham School's theatre as pupils gave three performances of excerpts from a selection of Roald Dahl classics.
The audiences were treated to a host of favourite childhood characters and stories, from February 11 to 13.
Year 4 pupil Henry Chappell played Roald Dahl.
The audience saw a rather feisty Red Riding Hood, a Cinderella who really did not deserve to go to the ball, alongside characters from Matilda, The BFG, The Witches, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
Head of Drama Louise Fahey said: "The pupils can be very proud of themselves for giving such a high standard of performance.
"Not only did we have a cast of almost 70, there were many more backstage providing support in all the usual areas, including technical, make-up, costume and props.
"We also had a very good front of house team."
