TRAFFIC is building as the morning rush hour gets underway.
There are already delays reported in both directions on the A23 at the junction with the M23 around Merstham.
In Leatherhead the A24 is slow northbound close the junction with the M25.
In both areas the average speed is reportedly below 10mph.
On the trains, Southern are reporting a good service on all lines apart from the Horsham to Dorking stretch where delays will remain util early next month due to a landslip at Oxley.
There are currently no reports of problems due to the closure of Gatton Park Road following the flooding at the weekend.
