MOTORISTS were met with an unusual sight this morning when nearly 30 sheep invaded the M25.
A rolling road block was put in place on the anti-clockwise carriageway at junction 6 near Godstone after the sheep wandered onto the road, bringing traffic to a near standstill.
Surrey Police and the Highways Agency were called to the scene just after 11am and set about trying to round up the animals.
They spent about half an hour rounding up the sheep before traffic returned to normal.
