THIS IS the first artist's impression of how a new Bletchingley development could look.
Developer Bacchus Partners has submitted the plan for four three-bedroom homes, with 11 car parking spaces, to Tandridge District Council.
After a consultation with residents for the development of the land behind the Whyte Harte Hotel, off Outwood Lane, the developers have said they have taken their views on board.
Will Kitchener, of the London-based developer, said: "After listening to residents, we are proposing a stepped terrace so the unit on the left will be lower.
The planning application will be discussed by the district council by November.
