THERE was a double dose of luck in Dorking on Saturday when two neighbours scooped £20,000 each in the People's Postcode Lottery.
The lucky players from Hampstead Road were visited by presenter Judie McCourt who was eager to show them just how much they had won.
First to get a knock on the door was Rebecca Kemp, 39. She said: "I am absolutely on cloud nine. When they revealed how much I'd won I was shocked, I can't believe that it's all mine."
Suzanne Le Breton, who turns 70 in October, will be able to celebrate her special birthday in style this year after receiving her cheque for £20,000.
Ms Le Breton, a nursing sister, added: "I don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight after all the excitement. I think it will take a few days before it really sinks in that I've won.
"It was so nice to be able to celebrate with my neighbour, to have an impromptu party at the local pub. I've decided to take a half day from work but I will take cakes and sweets in when I make it in to work and make sure the party continues.
"I'm going to be heading over to Bermuda in November to stay with some friends so I will definitely use some of the money for that but I think I will put most of it aside for when I am retired."
