A 59-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in court accused of possessing pornographic images depicting bestiality.
Bryan Thornhill of Langham Road, South Godstone, appeared in court charged with a total of 12 offences – five charges of possessing pornographic images of bestiality with a dog or horse, one count of possessing an extreme pornographic image, and six charges of engaging in a sexual act while in the presence of a child under the age of 13 for sexual gratification.
Thornhill pleaded not guilty to all counts at Guildford Crown Court on Friday.
He was released on conditional bail and ordered not to contact, directly or indirectly, a named child, or to go within 50m of a named school, unless agreed by social services.
He will next appear at the same court on October 21.
