A PRE-school has been praised by education inspectors.
Horley Community Pre-school, in Albert Road, Horley, has been rated 'Good' in its latest Ofsted report.
In her report published on Saturday (May 11), inspector Debbie Newbury said children at the school made "good progress in their learning."
She added: "There is a strong focus on learning through play and enabling children to follow their own interests.
"This empowers children to make their own decisions about what they do and encourages them to become self-motivated."
She said there was a "happy, friendly atmosphere," at the school, which has 51 students aged from two to four.
The school achieved a 'good' rating - Ofsted's second highest - in all categories.
It achieved the same overall rating in its previous inspection, in 2010.
