A REPEAT offender who breached his antisocial behaviour order (Asbo) has been spared jail.
Craig Gorringe, 26, was given a six-month supervision order at Guildford Crown Court on Friday for three charges – breaching an Asbo, trespassing on the railway and destroying or damaging property worth less than £5,000.
Gorringe, of Merrick House, Reigate Road, has repeatedly breached the terms of an Asbo he was made subject to in 2009.
