GBMAA Predatorz blew the competition out of the water recently at the Southern Open and WKU England Qualifiers in Tolworth.

Students aged as young as six showed how their motto – 'Train Hard Win Easy' – came true for them in most categories at the Kwon organised event.

GBMAA Predatorz kids from across Leatherhead, Cobham, Epsom, Croydon and Guildford stormed through their sections with Poppy Power, Isabella Govinden, Vicky Mitchell, Cerize Power, Max Riley and Rieanne Rose all bringing home gold medals.

Issie Carrol from GBMAA Cobham returned with three golds in different categories and 13-year-old Olivia Gallagher, from GBMAA Epsom / Leatherhead battled through to get two gold medals.

Several of the Predatorz kids team fought not only in their own categories, but also the one above them as well with Cerize Power gaining a silver, Jessica Murdoch winning two silvers alongside Samuel Govinden, while six-year-old Jaiden Page, making his national fight debut, won a bronze in a tough category.

Eight-year-old Kai Northrop also won a silver in the novice category for his weight group with Saffron Exton losing by only one point in another difficult category, winning her a silver.

Meanwhile, Jacob Raphael axe kicked his way though a few tough rounds to win a worthy bronze, with Meghan Milne also winning a bronze as well.

The GBMAA Predatorz adults also did brilliantly with most of them getting placed if they didn't take gold.

The youngest, 16-year-old Syd Valaap, won bronze in the light con section of his weight category, while chief instructors Brian Kum won silver and bronze in light continuous and points respectively.

Linvell Taylor won gold in points, while junior instructor Roxy-Lee Carbery entered two categories and brought home gold and bronze to add to an already brimming trophy cabinet.

Chris Northrop, Charlie Robinson, Helen Milne and Holly McMorrow all added to the gold collection too, with Helen also winning silver in a second category.

Several others won silver, including Caroline Lunn, Graham Smith Vaibhav Pant, Brendan Martin and Daniel Hayles, while Mike Raphael brought back bronze.
