A RANGE of relationship workshops and courses are being offered by Reigate-based Relate Mid Surrey this year.
They will be led by counsellors who are experienced in working with adults and young people.
Workshops on offer are: Teen Talk – two-hour sessions exploring the most effective ways to parent young people (11 years plus) through explaining adolescent brain development; Parents Apart – for parents who have separated or are about to do so, this explores the impact on children and helps parents develop a different parenting style; Moving – After Divorce And Separation – this unpicks coming to terms with ending a relationship, rebuilds participants' confidence and teaches the skills to respond to their own needs and those of others; and Help Yourself Let Go Of Anxiety – this course helps participants understand anxiety and equips them to manage it better.
