A DECISION of whether or not to allow housing to be belt on green belt land in Kiln Lane, Brockham has been adjourned.
During a hearing at Dorking Halls on Wednesday, planning inspectors revealed they would visit the site before April 2, after which a decision will be made within two months.
Paul Hunt Developments wants to build a 45-home development on the site, complete with 20 affordable properties, but has faced opposition from residents, the Campaign to Protect Rural England and Brockham Parish Council.
