CRYSTAL Palace goalkeeper Julian Speroni gave a kick start to three charities' Christmas fund raising.
He was at Knights' Garden Centre in Nags Hall, Godstone, on November 24 where he bought a wooden Tree for Life.
The sale of trees and other gifts for a minimum £1.50 donation will raise funds for Marie Curie Cancer Care, St Catherine's Hospice and Macmillan Cancer Care.
The items are also on sale at Knights' centres at Ivy Mill in Godstone and also at Betchworth.
Julian Speroni has been a regular supporter of Marie Curie, including making several guest appearances at its charity shop in Caterham's Church Walk centre.
