ELEVEN suspected illegal immigrants have been detained at Clacket Lane services off the M25.
Surrey Police this afternoon (Thursday) said the suspected illegal immigrants were discovered at the services between Junction 5 of the the M25 and Junction 6 for Godstone.
Chief constable for Surrey Police Lynne Owens said on Twitter the incident was "resource sapping".
Last month, 13 suspected illegal immigrants, believed to be from Ethiopia, were detained after being spotted running from the back of a lorry on the same motorway.
Traffic had to be slowed between junctions 12 and 13 of the M25 as Surrey Police dealt with the incident on September 22.
