Redhill 4 Tooting & Mitcham United 3
REDHILL bounced back from their FA Cup disappointment on Sunday by beating Tooting & Mitcham in a close game at Kiln Brow.
It was the visitors who opened the scoring on Wednesday night, Sol Pinnock scoring after just seven minutes however Javlon Campbell equalised almost immediately.
The Lobsters took the lead on the stroke of half-time with Fiachra McArdle scoring, but within ten minutes of the restart, Frankie Sawyer had made it 2-2.
Campbell restored the home side's lead on 56 minutes only for Jordan Cheadle to make it 3-3, scoring from the penalty spot.
But on 71 minutes, Scott Harris put the Lobsters 4-3 and the Terrors had no answer to it.
Redhill hung on to take all three points despite substitute Sam Butler being forced off with an injury just minutes after coming on, leaving the home side with ten men for the last few minutes of the game.
