Louis Van Gaal is reportedly lining up a deal for Liverpool midfielder Joe Allen, with rumours suggesting a bid of around £20-million might persuade the Anfield club to sell.
Allen, a Wales international, joined from Swansea City in 2012 for a fee of around £15-million.
