SOUTH Park Football Club's quest to win a £100,000 grant begins today (Monday).
The Reigate-based club have recently produced a video, with a little help from comedians Bob Mortimer and Dan Renton-Skinner, as the club looks to try and win a £100,000 grant under the Budweiser Club Futures Programme.
The club was previously awarded £50,000 under the programme, with Gillingham boss Martin Allen visiting South Park to present the cheque last year.
But now, the club's video has gone live on the FA Cup and Budweiser Facebook pages, with voting opening for a month from today for the eight clubs bidding to win the grant.
The club with the most votes at the end of the voting period (February 28) will win the grant, with South Park looking to make some improvements to the clubhouse at their Whitehall Lane ground.
