Surrey Championship Premier Division
Sunbury 90
Reigate Priory 92-4
Reigate Priory won by six wickets
REIGATE Priory showed they were back for good, forcing title rivals Sunbury to 'take that' after a seven wicket haul by the supreme Robbie Williams secured a comfortable win for the Llamas.
The game at Park Lane was over shortly after 3pm after Priory won the toss and then tore through the Sunbury batting line up in almost embarrassing style.
Only 22 runs from opener Andrew Harriott looked halfway respectable for the visitors as Wililams (7-35) and Will Hodson (3-31) ensured Sunbury never reached treble figures and were all out shortly after lunch.
Despite Richie Oliver hitting a four off the first ball, Priory made hard work on the reply.
After going for a duck last week, Andy Delmont was bowled by John Maunders for two, while Oliver amassed 22. Chris Murtagh following soon after for four, while Henry Tye added another eight.
Priory looked a little shaky but an unbeaten 41 from Michael Burgess took the home side over the line, helped by 13 not out from Ali Raja.
