RICHARD BRADY says his Leatherhead side are relishing the chance to play the top two as they prepare for games against Dulwich Hamlet and Maidstone United.
The Tanners currently occupy third place in the Ryman League Division One South, five points behind the leading pair, who they are scheduled to face in their next two games.
But the Leatherhead manager says that will not faze his players, adding that they were keenly anticipating the encounters.
"These are the games that as a club and a team, you want to be playing," he said.
"We look forward to these sorts of games and we will be preparing ourselves for them."
And Brady says his side owe both teams after they tasted defeat against them earlier in the season.
"We certainly didn't deserve to lose against Maidstone," he said referring to the 1-0 reverse at home to the Kent side last month.
"And we are looking forward to Saturday against Dulwich as we were a shadow of ourselves when we played them [back in October, when Dulwich won 3-1]."
And Brady says his side will be going into the fixtures with a virtually fully fit squad, barring long-term absentee Matt Reed.
"We should be raring to go," he said.
"Of course, it is frustrating not playing when you have a couple of games postponed, but we will be training hard and preparing right for the games.
"We are hopeful we can get the game on, but it is not in our hands.
"We just have to see what the gods deliver us."
Meanwhile, Brady says he is happy with how his squad is shaping up, with a punishing schedule ahead, packed full of regular games on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
"The missus will be happy won't she as I won't be about much," he joked.
"That is the way it is going to be though and we are fine with that.
"It suits us to keep playing and we are happy with what we have got at the moment.
"We are quite settled and I am not really in the market for anyone.
"Of course, if we can improve on what we have got then we will look at it, and if we need to cover for injuries or suspensions. But at the moment we are happy and looking forward to the games ahead."
