FIREFIGHTERS were called this morning after a coach caught fire on the M25 between junctions 8-7.
Crews from Reigate, Godstone and Oxted all attended after the coach's engine caught fire and spread to the inside of the vehicle.
Only the driver was on board and he managed to get out safely.
The motorway remained open but three lanes were closed while the fire was put out.
Surrey Fire and Rescue officer Dave Cerebrio was in charge of the incident.
