ARSENAL are reportedly monitoring the form of Napoli and Italy forward Lorenzo Insigne as they consider making a £17m bid.
The 23-year-old is hoping to impress at this summer's World Cup and according to the Metro, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger could be set to make a bid for Insigne as he looks to add to his attacking options.
Meanwhile, the Metro is also reporting that new Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has targeted Bayern Munich winger Julian Green as his first signing at White Hart Lane.
It is understood that Spurs could lodge a £5m bid for the 18-year-old American.
