THERE are possible delays on southbound trains this morning due to a signalling failure at Portsmouth.
Delays of up to 20 minutes are possible on services approaching the south coast station, some of which pass along Southern Rail's Redhill and Horley routes.
On the roads there are minor delays at usual hotspots such as the M23/A23 junction and the M25 at Godstone but there are currently no major incidents to report.
