CHELSEA are said to be willing to listen to offers for Spanish midfielder, amid reported interest from Manchester United.
National media reports suggest that David Moyes is looking to make Chelsea's player of the year from the last two seasons his main priority in the January transfer window, with a bid of £37m reportedly being considered by the Old Trafford outfit.
No bid has yet been put in, but Chelsea are said to be open to offers for the playmaker, who has found his opportunities limited under Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho this season.
Elsewhere in football, Blackpool manager Paul Ince has been sacked today, with the club currently 14th in the Championship following a poor run of form that has ssen them fail to win a match since November.
