THANKS to a new Surrey Mirror and Dorking and Leatherhead Advertiser competition, a school in East Surrey could win a £10,000 playground.
Is your child's pre-school, primary or nursery's play area in need of some tender loving care, a complete overhaul or simply some new fun pieces to freshen it up?
If so, then start collecting the tokens in the newspapers in the New Year and you could help your child's school get their hands on a brand new play area, designed and built by experts Wicksteed.
The equipment can be as diverse as a traditional slide, nets and bridges for climbing, things designed specifically for fitness, and something to bounce on that's shaped like a rocket.
There are even pieces of equipment that can be used with water and sand to help your little ones unleash their messy side.
The lucky school could also win panels that show how to tell the time, chairs that are perfect for story time outside and a fun ball games device that helps hand/eye co-ordination.
Springed animal rides and a train set are also available to win.
The competition, which is being launched by our parent company Local World across all its papers in the South East, is easy to enter.
Simply go online now to register at www. thisispromotions.co.uk/playground and a support pack will be sent out to you enabling your children to put up posters, flyers and wear stickers to promote and support their cause.
The token collection, which will last for three weeks, will begin in-paper on Thursday, January 23.
News editor Oliver Frankham said: "We're delighted that our readers have got the chance to win such a brilliant prize for one of our local schools.
"We just hope everyone registers because the more local schools that take part, the more chance we've got of a local school winning."
