Flights from Gatwick are back to normal today after more heavy rain and high winds overnight.
But passengers heading for destinations in Britain and Ireland are still advised to check with their airlines before travelling.
Information is also available at www.gatwickairport.com and via Twitter feed @Gatwick_Airport.
Air passengers flying out of Gatwick up to and including New Year's Day are urged to plan their journey to and from the airport because of rail disruption.
Until January 2 the line is closed between Gatwick and Purley, via Redhill, because Network Rail is doing vital improvement works.
They are replacing a major rail junction near Purley, upgrading signalling at Victoria and working on a new platform at Gatwick's station.
Replacement bus services and diversions could add up to two hours to journey times.
